The space
This penthouse sits on the 7th floor (the top floor). Its front entrance, consisted of floor-to-ceiling tempered glass doors, boasts un unobstructed view of the ocean. Two layers of curtains provide top privacy and comfort.

The unit has an open-concept floor plan, yet you can retreat into your bedroom/office and eliminate all distractions via the noise-blocking sliding door and blackout curtains (to fully black out the bedroom, simply sit the curtains on top of the windowsill :)

Amenities / Supplies provided:
- Reliable 100Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout the entire penthouse. Direct cable connection also available.
- Air conditioner with remote control.
- Front door with key and security lock. Once you engage the security lock from inside (red dot shown), nobody can unlock the door from the outside even with the key.
- Living and dining area: Dining table with four chairs, bathtub with hot / cold water, floor mat, towel / drying rack, shopping cart, shopping bags, Roomba, broom, dust pan, cleaning products.
- Kitchen: Sink with hot / cold water, dish detergent, sponge, sponge drainer, electric cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, rice cooker, knife set, scissors, cutting board, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, bowls, plates, forks, spoons, dinner knives, cooking pans and pots, spatulas, paper towels, hand towel, thermal pads and gloves, salt, pepper, cooking oil.

Guest access
- Guests have full access to the entire penthouse including living area, kitchen, dining area, bedroom, workspace, standing shower, bathtub, and toilet.
- Guests can enjoy the sea-view penthouse patio, which is exclusive for penthouse residents only.
- Guests can access all common areas of the building, such as reception, infinity pool, elevators, stairs, laundry room, and garage.

Other things to note
- Once we receive your booking, we will confirm in writing. Our local host will coordinate check-in with you. On the check-in day, the host will greet you in person, show you around, give you the keys, and answer any questions you may have.
- Please be considerate to the environment and use electricity wisely. We may monitor electricity usage and bill you if there are signs of waste (e.g. leaving the AC on while going out, running the AC with doors or windows open, setting an unreasonable temperature, etc).
- Your new home is one of the three penthouses in the building. For privacy and security, the building elevators only reach the sixth floor; guests need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the seventh floor. It will be worth it!
- We left out the TV to minimize distraction. We invite you to savor the view and other aspects of life that a TV does not offer :) We do provide a 24 inch computer monitor, ergonomic wireless keyboard, and wireless mouse for your work and entertainment.
