The space
Sunny house with large backyard. One can hear a lots of birds such as humming birds, doves, owls, finches and ducks, as well as see lizards and occasionally night time animals such as racoon, possums, skunks and mice.

Guest access
One parking space is in the driveway. Another is in front of the house, there is plenty of surrounding street parking. The street has no parking one morning per week.

Other things to note
Pool man comes once per week. Gardening and maintenance provided by owner, one to two times per week. Garbage is collected on Wednesday mornings and bins will be put on the street by owner on Tuesday nights. Street cleaning (no parking) is on Thursday mornings.

We are about 6 miles from Disneyland, 15 miles from the Newport Beach, 2 miles from Old Town Orange Circle. For those of you who like hiking, Peter's Canyon is 4 miles away, while Laguna Beach is 20 miles.

Hot tub and outdoor grill currently inoperable. Grocery stores are couple of miles away and there are plenty or restaurants for dining in and deliveries in close proximity.

Various and typical suburban nocturnal animals occasionally or routinely visit/pass through the backyard or front yard at night.
