All the art featured in this space was made by a local artist. You'll notice each piece has a price (and some have artist bios). All pieces in the loft are for sale. All proceeds go 100% back to the artist who created the piece.

Other things to note
PARKING (2 OPTIONS):

1. Street parking right in front of the building. During the weekdays, this is 90-minute parking. It is unlimited after 5PM and on weekends. The parking alternates on avenues/streets for overnight parking. Please pay attention to the signs.

2. Roberts Commons parking ramp is a half block away.

TECHNOLOGY:

1. Our Wifi password will be available to you via the Airbnb platform upon successful booking confirmation. We will also have all of the Wifi information documented on the desk.

2. The television is equipped with an Apple TV. If they would choose, guests are welcome to use the Apple TV to sign into their Netflix or other video streaming accounts. We strongly recommend remembering to sign out of these platforms as you check out of the unit.


AMENITIES/FIXTURES:

1. There are the basic kitchen and cooking utensils in the unit.

2. The shower in the bathroom is a shower/tub combination unit.

3. Washer and dryer are available for use in the unit; however, laundry detergent may or may not be available. Please do not plan on relying supplied detergent/bleach/softener/etc.
