The space
Over 100ft of private waterfront. The water is 4ft in the bay and gets gradually deeper with a sand bottom.
There are a few/minimal stairs to get off the deck, one step to get into the house. Sand entrance into the water.
Guest access
There is a Hot Tub, Sauna, Bikes, Floaties, Canoes, Lawn Games and a BBQ.
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, reverse osmosis drinking water, cooking utensils, Barista Express Espresso and Coffee machine, dish wares and spices.

There will be a digital binder provided with everything you'll need to know.
Living so close to the water and nature, we use natural soaps wherever we can and encourage you to do the same.
