Featuring a queen bed; small private work area with a computer monitor that can plug into your laptop; kitchen with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and toaster oven/air fryer; a private washer and dryer; and a 55” TV with Roku in the living room, so you can log into your personal streaming services.

The space
This cute, newly remodeled apartment is located in the basement of a home originally built in 1929. It still has the charm of an older home with new and modern conveniences.

This apartment is located in a basement, so it does stay cool year round. The central heat/A/C is controlled by and shared with the main house, so additional cadet wall heaters were added in the bedroom and kitchen for additional warmth.

There is a small, private office with a desk and monitor to plug into a laptop.

The washer and dryer is located in the bedroom closet, along with the hybrid water heater (which is a bit noisy when it is heating water).

Please note that this apartment is located in a basement, and will require going up and down a flight of stairs to get into it.

Guest access
The guest has full access of the basement. A door with a double deadbolt is at the top of the stairs to separate the main house from the basement and it will remain locked throughout your stay.

Other things to note
This is a basement apartment with a full set of stairs leading to it. Please make sure you are comfortable walking up and down stairs before booking.

This is a basement, so it does stay cool year round. There are cadet heaters for your convenience.

The hybrid water heater in the closet can be noisy when heating water. Also, we have tried to limit the noise of the house above, but you can sometimes hear people walking around in the main house.

This really is a great apartment, I just want to make sure guests don’t have any surprises during their stay!
