Come visit your Colby or Thomas College student and have the comforts of home. Do some grilling or cook up a favorite meal in the full kitchen. Remotely connect to work or school at our custom-made desk and dedicated office area with wireless printer and available computer monitor. Splash in the brook or in the basin, and sit under the waterfalls. Laundry, WiFi, firepit, Keurig or french press, electric fireplace, large decks, & big yard.

The space
Brook Ridge Retreat is an A-frame style home with a loft and walkout lower level.
BEDROOMS: The master bedroom is on the lower level. The second bedroom is up the spiral staircase in the loft and may not be suitable for little ones or mobility difficulty.. The couch and air mattresses are on the main level as additional options.
BATHROOMS: The primary bathroom is on the main floor and is a full bath. The second bathroom is a 3/4 bath and is on the lower level and accessed through the master bedroom.

Other things to note
You can't miss our black metal spiral staircase and we worked to incorporate that into our addition of more natural wood tones. The dining table, side tables, welcome table, and the office desk were all custom designed & built by the owner, using reclaimed pallet wood. What was an awkward spot is now a very functional office and reading area. Don't miss the lower deck accessed through the master bedroom, it's a cozy escape!
