Room available in East Medford, 2 minute drive from I-93. Perfect for a commuter looking to be close to Boston/Cambridge.

East Medford is a quiet residential neighborhood that is surprising close to Cambridge and Boston.

Bus stops 1 block away every ~1hr. Orange line (Malden Center) is about a 5 minute drive ($6 Uber ride) away.

There are also Lime bikes available to use all around the Malden and Medford area for $1/ride (http://www.cityofmalden.org/content/malden-debuts-ofo-and-limebike-dockless-bike-sharing-programs). So, if you want to save some money you can use these bikes to ride to/from the Malden Center T-stop (it's about a 10 minute bike ride away).

Owner occupied unit. Owner is a single, clean, professional man. I've lived in the Boston area for about 15 years and am happy to give recommendation for what to do and see.

Guest access
- Guest have access to the private bedroom reserved, shared kitchen, shared living room, two shared bathrooms (1.5 bath), and back deck.
- Towels and tea and/or french press coffee provided free of charge.
- There is an in-unit high capacity Wash-Dryer also available for use free of charge for guests staying 28 nights or longer (please limit washes to 1 load of whites & 1 load of colors per week). Guests staying less than 28 nights can use laundry for $10/load.
- $25 fee for lost or unreturned keys.
