The primary bedroom has a 65 inch TV and a small balcony with a view of the downtown skyline. Just a 10 minute walk to the popular, NEW Bottleworks, Mass Ave, Indy's dining, shopping and entertainment district.
The space
BUSINESS FRIENDLY AMENITIES- LG Ultrawide 29 inch monitor with keyboard and mouse compatible with Mac and PC. High-speed Internet, WiFi printer (with ample paper and mega ink) comfortable workstation with multiple plugs & USB outlets. Other office supplies: stapler, note pads, pens, pencils, Post-it notes, high-lighter, Sharpie, scissors, and more.
There is also a folding desk in the bedroom closet for a 2nd workstation.

Private one car garage has direct access into townhome, the driveway will accommodate a 2nd car. Washer & dryer off the new IKEA kitchen which is fully equipped: slide in range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Flexbrew coffee maker.
BEDDING: There is a king bed in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a king bed which can be divided to make two twin extra long beds. (2nd bedroom is normally set as a king-bed. Please request in advance if you’d like set as twins)
Pets- Well-trained small pets will be considered. Must contact us in advance of booking.
Official trained service animals are always welcome!

You’ll enjoy private access to our entire home which was recently completely remodeled .You also have a private courtyard and one car private garage with driveway parking for a 2nd car. There is a keypad on the front door and your unique code will be created and sent to you prior to arrival. In the unlikely event you have a problem entering, there is a RIng video doorbell installed at the front door which will allow you to reach us.
Early checkin’s and late checkout’s ARE possible . You must contact us in advance.
