The space
You will have your own fully private living area, including own entry/exit walk-out, own spa-like bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen as well as your own high-end Samsung washer/dryer for laundry. This modern and executive, single room basement is fully furnished throughout with high end appliances, furniture, ultra-entertainment system, office facility and quality kitchenware including dishes, cups, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, and additional countertop oven.

Central UV light installed to keep air clean and sterile 24/7. Always feel safe all measures taken to ensure cleaning standards in place for pristine experience.

This is a smoke, pet and party free environment where being respectful is highly important.
