This house sleeps up to 18 people in seven bedrooms, all with en suite full baths, plus an additional 2 half baths and an outdoor shower/toilet for beach use. The house features two levels of covered porches facing the water with dramatic views of the beach and the surf.

The space
The downstairs porch features an outdoor dining table and lounge seating area or go up the spiral staircase to the upstairs bar area and additional lounge seating all with a panoramic view of the length of the beach and water. Sit in the shade, belly up to the bar or enjoy your meals, all watching the waves crash on the shore or your guests frolicking in the water!

The renovated interior features a large, open layout kitchen, dining room, and living room on the first floor with ocean views out the back. There are two full size refrigerator/freezers plus 2 beverage refrigerators and an ice maker. A six burner Viking gas cooktop, double ovens and microwave and a large granite countertop island make meal prep for large groups easy. If you don’t want to eat outside, the indoor dining table also looks out at the ocean and easily seats 12 with another four bar chairs on the island. The open living room has all new furniture and a large, wall-mounted 65 inch TV. Downstairs there is also an oceanfront master bedroom and a convertible office/bedroom with a hot desk complete with monitor and keyboard perfect for virtual working (please bring your own mouse and cables to connect to monitor). The wifi has been upgraded to a commercial quality system that allows streaming from any room in the house, including outdoor coverage for the porches. A new whole home Sonos audio system allows you to stream music from your phone/computer throughout the house and porches.

Upstairs are 5 bedrooms, three king/queen (two ocean view), one bedroom with two twins and a bunkroom with two queens and two singles. All bedrooms have new smart TVs with streaming Apple airplay/Chromecast capabilities. There is an upstairs den with a game table, lounge seating, a bar, beverage fridge and 65inch TV. The den opens up to the outdoor bar seating on the porch.

This home is ideal for those who want to be close to the water and enjoy the beach. But if you want to get away, guests have access to all of Wild Dunes nearby great amenities. Play on two of the most scenic golf courses in South Carolina, the Links course and the Harbor course. Play tennis at the nationally ranked Wild Dunes tennis center. Pamper yourself in the Sand &Sea spa or workout at one of two fitness centers. Don’t want salt water? You have access to three pools, including an all adult lap pool, all within a 10 minute walk down the beach.

Dunecrest 7 is the perfect home for a family reunion, a multi-family gathering or for a family that wants to spread out and have lots of space. Beautifully restored inside and outside by new owners, one of the nicest large homes you will find on the island.
