The space
All furnishings are available in the apartment. It is a very quiet apartment that looks not at the street but at the seaside, where no one will disturb you, only bird sounds can be heard.

It has an environment where you can come and stay in peace :)

Located on the shore of the Golden Horn, one of the historical textures of the European side, close to the sea, our City House is in a unique location for business visits, meetings and those who want to explore the city, with its proximity to the historical texture of the city, business centers, shopping and entertainment complexes.

Flat is only 2 minutes walking distance to the main street where the necessities are located such as bus stop, restaurant, greengrocer, market, butcher, gym etc.

Due to the location of the flat, it is above sea level and it is downhill when going down to the coast; On the way out, there is a slight uphill climb. it is an area with slopes and it is necessary to go up/down a slight slope to reach the TramWay station. It is necessary to know for those who have physical difficulties.

Flat is located in 5 mins walking distance circle of Tram Station / Sea Side. However due to the fact that house is located on hill, it’s easy to get to tram in 5 mins; on the way back it takes 10 mins of walking due to climbing.

Transportation card (istanbulcard) for public transport is also provided for guests in the flat.

Although Istanbul Airport is located outside the city, The neighboorhood that flat located is one of the closest districts to IST airport.
I provide pick-up and drop-off services from IST airport with my own vehicle for 35 EURO.

Guest access
It's the entire flat with its private entrance from the stairs of the building. So, it is not a shared room or it is not a shared flat. On the building there are 6 floors and this floor is located at 3th.

Parking space is available. 15 mins of walking distance to tram station.

The seaside - Golden Horn - is within walking distance.
It is a town very close to everywhere on the European side.

By Private Vehicle-Taxi out of rush hour during the day;
Besiktas: 15 min.
Taksim: 15 minutes.
Mecidiyekoy: 20 min.
Eminonu: 20 min.
* For travels by bus travel times mostly 3 times higher than private car.

NOTE: The flat is "not" within walking distance of Istanbul Taksim and the touristic old city (Topkapi, Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia).
Car-Taxi or bus should be used to reach these areas. It takes 20-25 minutes by taxi and 45 minutes by bus.

Other things to note
Flat is located 3 floors down-up in the building and no elavator is avalable.

HOUSE RULES:
1. DO NOT MAKE NOISES NOT TO DISTURB NEIGHBORS (after 22:00 no sound - loud music- loud movie - loud Tele - playig games etc.)
2. TAKE THE RUBBISH OUT WHEN ITS FULL
3.KEEP THE MAIN DOOR LOCKED WHEN YOU LEAVE THE FLAT
