1. Guest need to register accommodation stay with reception desk staff by show every guest passport or ID card.

3. There is garbage area front of the building. Please take your garbage and leave there. Please do not leave garbage front the door. This is important rule.

4. Prohibit smoke inside the building or inside our room. Please be careful smoke detector inside the room.

5. Guest can enjoy to make light meal but you need to inform reception desk first. They will guide you how to make food (use stove) to avoid any damage might happen. (If you do not inform them, if there is any damage situation. They need to charge you for 100% of the real damage thing price)

Please DO NOT make smelly food or take smelly food to the room such as durian or seafood, it difficult to remove the smell from the room. Also please do not make food with many smoke. Please be careful smoke detector inside the room. It might have extra charge if we need to fix those problem.

6. Late check out
Guests staying longer than check-out time without permission will be charged double the room rate. Please be careful.

7. If the appliance in the room causes loss or damage, as well as soiled bed sheets and beds, compensation shall be made according to the price.

8. Everything in the room can only be used here and cannot be taken away.

9. When inside the building or inside the room, please take care not to disturb the neighbours. Please don't make loud noises, no partying or any other type of loud behaviour. Please be aware of complain from another guest.
- Quiet hours are from 8PM to 9AM.

10. Keep clean when stay inside our apartment or building.

11. Turn EVERYTHING off when leaving the room and lock the door.

12. Please do not visit the neighbour room.

13. Please understand there are no concierge services such as daily cleaning, room service, etc as there is in hotels.

14. Please do not leave any valuables in your room. We can not responsible for any loss or any damage item.

15. Guest who wish to have visitors in their room must inform us in Airbnb inbox first and must register those visitors at the reception desk. If you take any visitor come to stay at our room without notice us in Airbnb inbox. We as Airbnb host might need to ask them to get out immediately. Please understand this is safety policy. (Extra guest fee : 1000 Baht/Person/Night)

1. Lastly, I simply ask you ( the guest ) to have consideration towards the room and neighbours as if they were your own.

1. If you extend your reservation on the morning of your check-out date, you will have to pay the cleaning cancellation fee. Because we may have to pay cancellations fee because our cleaners may already be on their way to the apartment. If you want to extend your stay, please advise us at least 48 hours before your check-out.

If you can smell of the toilet drain, flush the drain on the back of the toilet. The water in the drain will heat up. Pour water into the drain next to the toilet and turn on the ventilation fan.
