The space
Located on the quiet cul-de-sac street just minutes away from white sandy beaches, this house offers everything you need for a relaxed and luxurious stay. Tastefully decorated elegant bedrooms and common areas, full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar area.
Master Bedroom offers king size bed, a private bathroom, separate pool and patio access, walk-in closet, and 55-inch TV.
The second bedroom has king size bed and reach-in closet.
The third bedroom has queen size bed, reach-in closet, and 55 inch TV.

The living room with 85-in TV, panoramic patio glass doors offering beautiful view of the pool area has a comfortable sectional sofa that can also be use as a bed. There is a separate dining area with a large table for 6-8 people. Fast speed internet throughout the house, a designated office desk with a monitor and a comfortable office chair allows easy remote connection to your work in case you need it.

The house has a big fenced backyard with fruit trees and plenty of space.

A large (4 1/2 feet shallow end and 9 feet deep end) pool with comfortable outdoor seating, tanning, and dining areas provides hours of SUMMER FUN for your family and friends.

Due to the DEPTH OF THE POOL, it is NOT suitable for young children and toddlers to use WITHOUT SUPERVISION. Pool and patio outfitted with rainbow LED lights so that you can keep having fun even after the sun goes down. The pool area has a screen enclosure for your convince.

Propane grill is set up behind the house. The kitchen window opens to a patio dining table for easy meal serving.
