The apartment is in a very well maintained art deco block with mostly long-term residents, so it is perfect for guests that would like to experience what it's like to live in Sea Point.

The apartment is fully equipped with a stove, pots and pans for easy meal preparation and cooking. It also has a washing machine & drying rack.

The bathroom has a shower and bath and is fully equipped .

It has a desk and is perfectly set up for remote working, with 100MBps internet and an external monitor (HDMI) for your use.

It is an open plan, spacious (studio) apartment with a Queen size bed, lounge area, dining area and desk space. Convenient with a dedicated parking bay. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony!

Guest access
The apartment comes with a dedicated parking bay for your use only, accessible through an automated gate. The MyCiti bus stop 'Albany Road' is in front of the building providing direct access to the central business district. This is a reliable and safe form of public transport with a network throughout Cape Town. You can easily get to everywhere in the city as well as to the beaches (Clifton, camps bay) and to Hout Bay.

You are super centrally located - an Uber to the V&A Waterfront or Clifton 1st beach costs about R55 (3.5$). Just down the road (within 5 minutes walking distance, <500m) you will find some extremely nice restaurants (La Boheme, Posticino) and just 100m further you'll be on the Sea Point Promenade.

There’s a shopping centre with a supermarket within 600m too, it has a lovely coffee spot too with lots of freshly baked goods.

The LAL language Center is in easy walking distance (6mins)

Other things to note
Due to the nature of this being a residential block, no parties are allowed. We do not accept pets by default, but if you would like to request to bring a pet, please send us a message. This is only available for stays over a month as per building regulations.
Please note that for longer term stays of 1 week+, we have a friendly cleaning lady that can come up to one morning a week to change your linen and clean (R300 additional charge per time).
