Other things to note
The condo is south facing and gets a lot of sunlights, even more in winters. The high ceilings makes it very spacious. The unit is just painted and redecorated with quality furniture. The unit is spotless clean. I personally make sure everything is perfect for guests stay.

The neighborhood and people are amazing. This unit is right by the park with gorgeous lake view and Toronto skyline. There is a waterfront trail right by the condo that goes to downtown. The trail is beautiful in all four seasons; spring and flower buds, summer and beaches, fall colours, white snow views. There are lots of activities to do; kayak, canoe, beach volleyball, ice skating… Many pubs and fancy restaurants.

This fall I upgraded the unit with:
