Manhattan is 30 minutes away by train and Downtown Brooklyn is 20 minutes. This apartment is great for families, couples, solo or business travelers.
The space
Very spacious with private entrance apartment located on ground floor so stairs are not required. There are windows in every room with new floor tiles, new refrigerator, new microwave, new counter top\faucet, new sofabed, and new bathroom. For TV enjoyment you have 800 Satellite TV channels. Fast Wifi internet access with computer desk\keyboard\mouse\monitor and phone charging station, luggage rack also in apt for guests. There is an induction cooktop set, slow and rice cooker for cooking. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle is available in apartment, as well as utensils, plates and cups. There will be towels, shampoo and body wash available to guests. Only toothpaste, tooth brushes and washcloth guests should bring on their own. Please note the 2nd bedroom in apt will be locked if you choose this booking for 1 bedroom. The 2nd bedroom will be available at different pricing under my other listings.
Guest access
Guests will have access to 1 bedroom. If the guest needs bedroom privacy, the second bedroom will be unlocked and can be opened for an additional cost.

This apartment is a legal listing as it meets the qualification of New York State Law.
We wash and provide clean bed linens, towels, pillow cases and duvet covers after every guest in order to provide a clean, fresh and comfortable stay.
For parking, there's on premise parking ($20 a day) if you cannot find street parking.
