Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons between the 3rd week in April to the middle of June and the beginning of October to the middle of November, but the town is still open. THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW AUTHORIZED DOGS ONLY. THE PET FEE IS $29 NIGHTLY PER PET WITH A 2 PET MAX (NO EXCEPTIONS). Reservations with pets are not allowed for stays longer than 14 days.

The space
The property is completely equipped with everything you should need, including all towels and linens, FREE high speed WiFi, smart TV's with several online apps including Netflix's, wireless bluetooth speaker to stream your playlists, paper products, local gourmet coffee, sugar, spices, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The town has several stores and restaurants, including the Fireside Market just down the street. For young children there is a portable crib and a booster highchair.

The property does not have a pool or gym, but there is a fantastic rec center in the Town of Winter Park just down the street with multiple indoor pools, waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, 2 sports courts and a complete gymnasium.
