The space
This apartment is within an existing home with your own private entrance and covered parking with light sensors to your door. For safety reasons we have recently installed a security camera in the the car parking area, there are no other cameras.
The space is newly furnished including full size washer/dryer (laundry supplies are provided), convection oven with microwave, granite counters, tiled shower, beautiful gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, Queen size bed in the master with an amazing mattress, Double hide-a-bed in the office/den, Garden views from all windows. Very serene environment. Satellite TV, Smart TV, Strong High Speed internet.

Close to Mary S Young State Park, Willamette River and several hiking/jogging trails in the neighborhood. Walking distance to shopping and dining. 1.5 blocks to public transportation.
5 minute walk to the Marylhurst Commons/Marys Woods. Very short drive to Lake Oswego, Downtown Portland, Wilsonville, Tigard, Tualatin, Milwaukie, Lake Grove, and Oregon City.

We provide complimentary fresh ground gourmet coffee, an electric coffe maker a french press, as well as a variety of teas, sugars and creamers. There is also a Brita water filtration reservoir and a full size Nutri-bullet blender/smoothie maker and an Air fryer. Cooking spices and oils are also provided. First morning breakfast supplies usually consist of a gluten free/dairy free baked treat, instant oatmeal, organic cane sugar, almond or similar milk and juice.
In the Bathroom you will find a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Kleenex and disposable razors and more. We also include free Netflix!
