Are you looking for a beautiful stay in Zurich? A spacious, quiet and very bright apartment is waiting for you. It´s situated very central: Main station 10 minutes away, Bellevue/Lake 12 minutes and airport 22 minutes via direct tram.
The space
We are 2 men, 39 and 28 years old, permanently living in the flat. We are easy going, sporty and social.
Your room is very bright and has a size of 14m2. Beside the double bed (1.60m x 2m) there is also a desk and a new Samsung widescreen (HMDI and Thunderbold connection) incl. apple keyboard and mouse.
Guest access
You can access all facilities: modern and very spacious living room (48 m2) with well equipped kitchen; 2 bathrooms (incl. bath tub and separate shower); roof top with 360 degree view; private balcony; beamer with home cinema system and xbox/playstation; sport equipment (bench, dumbbells, barbell); washing machine and tumble drier; storage room in the cellar. The entire apartment will be cleaned every two weeks.
Other things to note
Please be aware that we can´t neither register you at the authorities nor offer a personal mail box.
