The space
Our units are fully furnished with all the comforts of home that you may need. These are small efficiency apartments less than 500sqft but much larger than your standard hotel room plus full kitchen, W/D, and more. For you cooks we have a fully stocked kitchen with a hot water kettle, blender, toaster, pots, pans, mixing bowls and baking sheets plus starter supplies seasoning salt, a couple storage containers, cooking spray, and foil. All your utensils from a cheese grader, to measuring cups, meat tenderizer and more!

For those working from home, we welcome you to enjoy our comfortable dedicated working space with an ergonomic desk chair, external 27” monitor and power supply for all things that need power. Our TVs are 4k streaming on full motion mounts for ease of use, guests are welcome to use as an external monitor, gaming, etc.

Our couches are comfy for lounging to relax and watch a movie or for additional guests as they convert into a bed, providing a comfortable second bed instead of air mattress.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy!

There is one secured parking spot per unit, they are not assigned. The secured parking is only large enough for one car per unit. There is additional street parking for guests or visitors.

Other things to note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, sent through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and sign a guest agreement.

Communication

Upon reservation confirmation, you will receive all details regarding how to arrive, our safety and security procedures, and any further communication will be sent via the message center only to the account that made the reservation.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Please be sure to reach out directly to us so we may resolve any issue should one arise. Please only send messages via the message center. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

Drugs or smoking are not allowed

Smoking of any kind, anywhere inside the property is prohibited - Smoking is permitted in the front of the building on the sidewalk or in the secured parking area.

Smoking in the unit will incur an additional cleaning charge of $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher, and a fee of $25 per butt will be added for butts found in the proximity entry of the unit.

This unit contains a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and doorbell camera.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We request that you take care of the space with the same grace you would do in your own home, so that you may return soon.

Your health and safety are our top priority! For your peace of mind, all units are cleaned to exceed CDC standards, fully sanitized between stays from the refrigerator to ALL touchable surfaces including the use of professional air scrubbers for odor, virus, and germ control.

Please ensure that your reservation is for the correct number of guests to allow us to maintain compliance with Airbnb rules and for our insurance.

Undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination w/o a refund and/or a charge of $50 per guest/pet per night.

Undisclosed pet(s) are not allowed on the property at any time without prior consent. We are very health conscious and therefore unplanned pet friends can result in potential allergy or other issues for the next guest and therefore MUST be identified and approved and pet fee of $20 per night paid for prior to checking in. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee.
