LIVING -- the private home has luxurious interior finishes including a fully equipped chefs kitchen, central heating/AC, washer/dryer, natural gas fireplace, high thread count linens, and Malin & Goetz toiletries, a 60'' smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ and speakers.

Please note, the 4th bedroom, pool table, kitchenette, and workspace are in a separate downstairs unit, connected to the house, but only accessible via an external door.

This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in writing by Rove. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $75 charge per stay for reservations less than 14 nights and $150 for reservations of 14 nights or longer. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained.
