No pets, sorry!
Kitchen use and laundry are optional.
Street parking in a quiet neighborhood.

The space
Large house with 3 private rooms upstairs with 1 shared full bathroom.
Common area upstairs is about 13 ft. x 34 ft. furnished with full couch,
microwave on the coffee table and full size refrigerator.
Laundry room is downstairs and 1/2 bath across the hall.

Guest access
Guest access is through front main door with pin code lock we assign at least 1 day or more before your arrival.

Other things to note
We have about 8 cameras covering general areas to protect entrance to your rooms, common area, kitchen, living room, back yard, and front entrance.
