You will be able to park up to two cars in the driveway of the property. If you would like to walk into the centre of Ballan this is a 15 min walk, otherwise it’s a 2 min drive with plenty of parking in Ballan town centre.

Guests via this listing will have access to two of the bedrooms (either side of the main bathroom). The house is a 4 bed, 2 bathroom property however this listing is only for 2 bedrooms (as pictured) and the main bathroom). Two bedrooms and an ensuite plus the garage are not included in this listing.

Other things to note
Our next door neighbour recently commenced building on the block next to our property. Future guests should be aware of the potential for construction noise during working hours.
