You are conveniently located close to the amenities of the beautiful Grand Valley for a weekend or an extended stay. You have quick and easy access to Downtown, a 10 minute drive to the Colorado National Monument, and 5 minutes from I-70. If you need to work, this apartment has a desk and spare monitor to use, just bring your monitor cable with you (HDMI, DVI, or VGI).

The space
This is a secondary unit to a main house that is also on Airbnb, but has its own entrance, parking, and fenced yard. There is an outdoor patio with a table and chairs for outside dining, parking for two vehicles, and enough space for a family of four. This apartment has a very comfortable queen bed and a queen hide-a-bed in the sofa. This is a very quick and convenient space to rest and recover from your Grand Valley adventures.

The back / side yard has a small patio with a table for outdoor dining. There are also three plum trees which, when booked in July and August, provide amazing fruit. I encourage my guests to pick what they can consume while they are staying there.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole secondary unit. This property also has a main home that is separately rented on AirBnb . Both properties have their own parking and fenced yards and are completely separated.
