This is my vintage-themed Back House Apartment East Dallas! A short drive from White Rock Lake, Deep Ellum, Cotton Bowl, Downtown/Uptown, Highland Park, Snider Plaza, Preston Center, Convention Center, SMU, Deep Ellum, the Farmer's Market, Bishop Arts, Katy Trail, Klyde Warren Park, Oak Cliff, Arboretum & so much more! Ridgewood Park (just down the street) is lovely too!

*BONUS* Enjoy fresh eggs from my chickens if they are laying! I will provide those and other breakfast options as well.

The space
This is a studio apartment with private gate entry. Street parking.

It is equipped with: 1 queen bed, 1 full size air mattress, 1 couch, desk with 24 inch monitor & laser printer, karaoke machine, walk-in closet & dresser, Fridge/Freezer, drink fridge (stocked with waters), coffee bar, water filter, hot plates & cookware, toaster, small convection oven, air fryer, electric tea kettle, popcorn machine and supplies, and microwave. Bath robe, Iron & ironing board, steamer, lint roller. iPhone/Apple Watch/AirPods charger. Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+ & Amazon Prime. Books, board games, puzzles, cards.

Please also feel free to use the trampoline (IF you sign a waiver!) , deck area, and grill if you like. Laundry is also available. It is in a separate room on the side of the main house.

I have 6 chickens in a gated coop in the backyard. I will leave fresh eggs for you for breakfast if they are currently laying. Most of the time they are! Otherwise, I provide coffee, tea, water, frozen waffles and other frozen breakfast items, as well as oatmeal and sometimes a few lunch items and snacks as well. I also keep condiments, oils etc. for cooking.

Other things to note
Please message me privately for check in and check out times, and for the code to the back house door. It auto-locks behind you always, so don't worry about locking when you come and go!
